disney shot of the month

This shot is from a show called The Jedi Training Academy.  It’s one of my favorite shows at the park because little kids get to fight Darth Vader and Darth Maul.  Some kids are super brave and fight like champs.  Some are nervous.  Some completely run off stage.  No matter what, I’m always entertained.  This last time, my cousin’s boys both went through the “training” and it was so cute and exciting!  They used the Force and beat the bad guys.  How awesome is that for two little Star Wars fans??

Love,

it’s official! – newport beach wedding photographer

Chris and Mindy’s wedding day!  These two cuties were married at the Newport Beach LDS Temple and I was lucky enough to be there as an assistant photographer.  Stacey Bishop was the lead photographer and let me tell you, that woman is a machine!  She is 5 months pregnant and I was exhausted just trying to keep up!  But it was a great experience all around.  It was nice not to have the pressure of posing everyone, I just had to worry about the groomsmen.  So, it was pretty fun capturing the candids.

The reception was way out in Rancho Cucamonga at an LDS church – but this was decorated unlike any other LDS church I’ve ever seen.  It was really pretty and everyone was having fun.

How cute is this?!

Love,

socal shootout: cowboy casanova – temecula portrait photographer

These are the last bunch of photos.  Loving every bit of that end-of-the-day light.  If someone could figure out a way to bottle the golden hour, they’d be millionaires for sure!  Yummy…

Thanks again SoCal ShootOut!  Can’t wait for the next event!
