For my husband’s birthday, we decided to get all the friends together for a little day trip. A couple hours away, we have some of the best wineries and best food and best scenery there is. The whole day was a ton of fun.

The drive through the vineyards is so pretty!

This was one of the strangest sights I have seen in awhile. I don’t know what the purpose was, but I had to whip out that camera to get a shot. Funny and a little creepy!

I got to shoot in a real-life studio today for the first time and it was so exciting! It was part of my Intermediate Photography Class and it was really interesting being involved in the whole process. I had to choose the subject, choose my lighting, choose all my angles, choose where to bounce light, etc, etc. I really got to RUN the entire photo shoot. You kind of get put on the spot and have to boss a few people around, so it can be a little intimidating. But I had a great time just shooting tons of different angles and playing off the lighting. Hope I get the chance to do it again!
